FAA Part 107 Exam Preparation for Agriculturists Workshop [IN-PERSON]

This four-day, instructor-led in-person workshop provides comprehensive preparation for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Part 107 Remote Pilot Exam. A Part 107–certified instructor will guide participants through all exam topics, ensuring a strong foundation in the regulations, safety requirements, and operational knowledge needed for commercial drone use in agriculture.

Under federal law, anyone operating a drone for commercial purposes must pass the FAA Part 107 exam and obtain a Remote Pilot Certificate.

Daily Time: 9 AM – 4:30 PM
Venue: Pee Dee Research, Extension & Education Center, 315 W Pine St, Florence, SC 29501
Meals: Continental breakfast and lunch will be provided each day.
Logistics: Attendees are responsible for their own lodging and transportation.

While this workshop prepares you for the FAA Part 107 exam, SC State University or the training provider are not authorized to administer the FAA Part 107 exam. Participants must schedule and take the exam independently at an FAA‑approved testing center.
